Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. With Space Only, you coordinate your own catering, food delivery and supplies. With Space + Event Support, we handle catering recommendations and ordering coordination for you.

Alcohol is available through a licensed catering or bartending vendor. We do not hold a permanent liquor license, so a qualified outside vendor handles service, compliance and insurance. Ask your event coordinator about approved vendors.

Standing capacity is up to 120 guests for the full space, and we have seating on hand for 85. The room configures for groups as small as ten or as large as 100, depending on your layout.

Every configuration includes high-speed Wi-Fi, large-format screens and video conferencing technology. Let us know your AV needs when you submit your inquiry.

The space is available for daytime weekday events, with evenings and weekends considered case by case. Full-day external bookings run 7am to 5:30pm.

Tours are available on request, and setup timing is confirmed as part of your booking agreement. Ask about setup and load-in windows when you inquire.

Yes. You are welcome to use your own approved caterers, rental companies and other vendors with Space Only. With Event Support, we can also recommend vendors from our preferred partner network.

Qualifying corporate events from current QAT Global clients receive complimentary room rental. Event Support is available starting at $300/day, plus actual third-party costs.
